「C56型式テンダ機関車」(長野,山梨県)
これは1972年まで国鉄・小海線（ｺｳﾐ-）で運用された #C56 形蒸気機関車。比較的に小型であることから"高原のポニー"の愛称で親しまれた。 #野辺山駅 に近い国鉄線路最高地点（1375m）の標柱と、"野辺山高原 一三七五米"の看板を合わせる。全長 62.5 x 15.5cm。

[付記] 我が国には鉄道車両や航空機といった交通に関するモチーフを吹き流し型のペナント(バナー)で製品化するシリーズ(?)がある。これらは観光ペナントではなく交通のグッズとして企画販売されたもので、地名は記されない。しかしこの "C56" ペナントは"国鉄線路最高地点"という土地と観光が紐付けされており、比較的に珍しいデザインである。

4, タイトルは和文。ゴシック体で "C56型式テンダ機関車" （黒）だがそのロゴは小さく、機関車の図のキャプションに近い。その他、標柱の "日本国有鉄道線路最高地点, 一三七五米"、看板の "野辺山高原, 一三七五米" 。
