Denne and Gold

It was 1976 that we could probably recognize Micky Denne's and Ken Gold's names on Clif Richard's album "I'm Nearly Famous" as the songwriters and/or background vocalists of "I Can't Ask For Anymore Than You". And their name became widely known around then as the writers of UK number 1 hit "You To Me Are Everything" performed by Real Thing. And much more hit they wrote in mid 70's.Those made them possible to release their own album "Deene and Gold". This album's musical atmosphere should be criticized as UK White Philly Soul with Mellow pop of those days.
