Michael Ruff / Lovesongs + Lullabies
One question for you! Do you remember when the last Michael Ruff's studio recording full album was released before this 1999 album? The answer was 1993. If it is not adequate to include a studio live recording album, it might be 1988 when Ruff released self-titled 7 songs album. Otherwise, should I say that it was 1984 when Ruff debuted with the masterpiece album “Once In A Lifetime” for Warner Bros!?
As a matter of fact, we had 3 full albums of Michael Ruff's between 1993 and 1999, but first of which was the 1993 studio-live album "Speaking In Melodies", second one was the 1995 best selection album "Girl Like You" with 2 unreleased tunes, and the third one was the one of the most thrilling 1996 live album with the Straight Jackets "Feels Good". Of course I know there were another one 1995 "Shake A Little" which included only four songs.
Yes, it was so long for us until having this full studio recording album. As the title of this album shows, this album includes excellent love songs and lullabies. In addition, self-cover remake "More Than You'll Ever Know" is also on this album.
