I did some research and apparently, this color was only available on the limited edition Alfa Romeo 4C Spider Italia. There are some differences especially at the back of the car compared to the standard model but Majorette, understandably, didn't do those changes to this casting. It's actually pretty neat that this was based on a specific variation of the 4C.
