Surprisingly, this is only the 2nd Matchbox Corvette I've ever had in my collection. Even as a child, most of my Corvettes were from Hot Wheels and other brands. From what I know, the C6-generation Corvette ZR1 never had a gold paintjob but still, this is a pretty nice color. This was actually what caught my attention earlier and if I didn't see this, it is highly likely that I wouldn't have bought the Aston and the VW T3.
