このアルバムは、1971年1月6日から始まった“1971 Journey Through The Past Solo Tour”の1月30日を収録している。このツアーではパフォーマンス・シリーズの“Live at Massey Hall 1971 (PS 03)”、“Young Shakespeare (PS 3.5)”、同時発売の“Dorothy Chandler Pavilion 1971 (OBS 03)”に続く4枚目のリリースとなる。
オフィシャル・ブートレッグとのことだが音質は予想以上に良く、このシリーズへのヤングの気合いを感じる。
