The 1968 Trans Am Series included the 24 Hours of Daytona in their racing season. This #4 Chevy Camaro is an entrant in that series and based on the pictures I've seen online, it also ran the 24 Hours of Daytona with this same livery. Because of that, I added this car to my collection as a 24 Hours of Daytona entry. The car itself has an interesting history. Apparently, it is the first ever production 1967 Camaro Z28. I am not very familiar with the car's racing history but I believe this car has been restored to the 1968 Trans Am specifications.
