This car is a Tomica Asian Exclusive Toys R Us series release. I believe that means that this car was never sold in Japan. Not really something I collect but it was pretty cheap and it didn't look too bad. Regarding the Heritage Edition, I am not really sure if there are any differences from the standard release of the Z34-generation Fairlady Z other than the paintjob. From what I've read online, it seems the differences are pretty superficial like some tinted headlights and the extra decorations like the huge black stripe.

I do find it interesting that the car has a Fairlady Z print at the back but has 370Z prints on the side. I am not sure if this was the case in the real cars or if this was an oversight by Tomica.
