The actual casting is a 2007 Honda Civic Type R (FN2). The car livery seems to be based on the Team AAI entry in the 2011 ATCS which the team won with driver/owner Jun San Chen. The car used in the series had some differences from the casting, mainly the spoiler. Info about the series is relatively scarce but I did find some archived pages that showed Team AAI winning the championship.

I normally wouldn't really be interested in this car but one of the stalls had a Buy 1 Take 1 promo for some Para64 cars for around 12 USD. My grandpa was really interested in the RUF BTR Slantnose so I picked this one up. I do think Para64 are quite nice, but they're usually more expensive than MiniGT here which I think isn't great considering the quality of MiniGT. Still, Para64 does seem to do cars that no other diecast makers usually do like the RUF Slantnose, as well as some Porsche racecars. I am not totally sure if the FN2 Civic was done by anyone else in premium scale but I do think it might have been done already by Inno64 and Tarmac Works.
