Fanta Misterio Red 2023 From Mexico 🇲🇽
Misterio meaning mystery, there have been a few different versions released throughout Latin America, every time having the usual rule of each country's version tasting slightly or quite a bit more different. The first version was a black Misterio, released in 2021, a light blue version followed in 2022 and after Misterio Red, a Beetlejuice edition Misterio for 2024. All of these were released for the month of October and stayed in production till the start of the new year. I got this Fanta online from someone in Mexico directly and later in early January of 2024, reviewed it in the resort town of Oban outside the town's brewery. Oban is in the north western region of Scotland and a part of the Argyll and Bute area. It's known for having many ferry services that run to some of the more distant islands in Scotland western front. This Fanta was strangely nice. It had a predominantly cherry flavour with a undertone of cinnamon and had a flavour similar to pop rocks candy. It was high in carbonation too. #Fanta #Cherry #Cinnamon #Mexico

Fanta Peach From Mexico 🇲🇽
An interesting flavour for Mexico, apparently this peach Fanta wasn't advertised much, adding to the lack of information there is only it. Apparently this isn't the first time Fanta in Mexico hasn't been documented very well as there has also been a grapefruit flavour as well as 2 World editions Fanta, being melon and mango in the past. I got this Fanta from someone directly in Mexico and later in early January of 2024, reviewed it in the resort town of Oban, in the north western region of Scotland and a part of the Argyll and Bute area. Oban is known for having many ferry services that run to some of the more distant islands. This Fanta had a highly carbonated artificial tangy peach taste with a sweet syrupy undertone that was also quite refreshing. The beverage almost tasted like there was a additional flavour added in the aftertaste but that was just a local peach variety that made up that flavour. #Fanta #Peach #Mexico

Fanta Mandarin From Mexico 🇲🇽
Fanta Mandarin is well known in Europe but at the time, I wasn't expecting it to pop up in Mexico of all places. This was one of the very rare Fanta flavours producted in select regions within Mexico. This, a peach flavour, and a guarana flavour were made regionally available with these being in the northern and central parts of the country. Fanta Tutti Frutti, another limited time flavour, was produced for the South of Mexico. I got this Fanta from someone directly in Mexico and later reviewed during early January of 2024, in the resort town of Oban in the north western side of Scotland in the Argyll and Bute area. Oban is well known for it's ferry services that run to several different parts of the country including a few major different islands. This Fanta was highly carbonated, with a strong mandarin tangy taste matched with a sweet juicy gummy orange aftertaste that was lightly sour too. #Fanta #Mandarin #Mexico

Fanta Dark Orange From Germany 🇩🇪
So maybe not so surprisingly, this is kinda rare now given the flavour is not only discontinued but is actually not commonly collected and sold online. While not as rare as say Lithuania's version, this is definitely a difficult find nowadays. I got this Fanta online from someone in German, and had some help in getting it shipped over to me. Later, towards the end of October of 2024, I reviewed this Fanta in the small cathedral city of Ripon in North Yorkshire county. The city has a famous cathedral, a race course for horses and a workhouse museum. The Fanta was almost as bad as the United Kingdom's version, it was mild in flavour which actually made it better but it also had a bitter aftertaste that the United Kingdom's Fanta Dark Orange didn't have. Frutee Banana Blast From Barbados 🇧🇧
So this was the second ever Banana Fanta I reviewed, being apart of Barbados's Frutee line, which is a part of the Fanta family. There are a few other Banana Fantas aside from Barbados, Trinidad or Honduras but all of which are considered much rarer. Ironically Barbados's version would be considered the most common, possibly tied with Trinidad's version. I got this Frutee online and later in mid September of 2023, reviewed it in Penzance, a resort town in Cornwall county in the far south western region of England. Penzance is a famous town with direct ferry services to Isles of Scilly in the United Kingdom. This Frutee had the same creamy flavour in it's undertone as most of the brand does, but it had a more pronounced artificial banana flavour that was also just a bit more sweeter than the other versions. Fanta Banana From Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹
Fanta's from Trinidad and Tobago are not exported to the United Kingdom, almost as ascension of that. The majority of Caribbean Fantas aren't typically ever seen in the United Kingdom. Someone in German sent this to me, for which I'm very grateful for. Banana Fanta's are produced in a few different countries, namely Honduras 's Tropical Banana, Barbados's Frutee Banana Blast or in one of the many countries which have since discontinued them. Trinidad and Tobago's Fantas are namely Orange, Grape, Banana, and Big Red which are made local imports to Jamaica too. The Fantas from Trinidad are also exported to all other Caribbean countries but these are separate to the local Fantas from those countries as reflected in the ingredients, flavours or compliances with those countries local food laws, meaning this Fanta is sold as Fanta from Trinidad and Tobago rather than a locally made version like Frutee's Banana Blast for Barbados is for example. I got this Fanta online from someone in German who sent me this. They are credited on the official review. I later reviewed it in Penzance, a famous resort town in Cornwall county. Penzance has a direct ferry service to the Isles of Scilly in the United Kingdom. To say this was my first banana Fanta and it's was a nice artificial but plentiful sweet banana taste with a almost banana cake taste undertone that was also plentiful in carbonation. #Fanta #Banana #Trinidad #Tobago

Fanta Orange from Uganda 🇺🇬
Fanta's from Uganda are very rare in general, there is only 1 store in the United Kingdom that imports them and can be quite expensive depending on when they do so. Currently only the orange flavour is imported here too. While there's no official list of Ugandan Fantas, their flavours are orange, fruit blast, & citron. I've heard of a local passion fruit Fanta for Uganda too but this is for the most part hasn't been documented. I got this Fanta in a convenience store Mitcham, a town in London's South Western borough of Merton. Later in mid February of 2025, I reviewed it in Liverpool, nearby a statue called the Sea Circle. Liverpool is a major English port city that has connections to both Northern & the Republic of Ireland as well as the Isle of Man, one of our channel islands. This Fanta had a rich, albeit artificial candy orange flavour with a unique undertone of honey like sweetness, even by African Fanta standards, this was unique with the closest comparable Fanta being Burkina Faso, which is still quite different to this.
