At first glance, it seems to be a book for young children... But it's not!
Made by Sunmark, it is some sort of educational software.
From the subtitle "右脳開発エデュテインメント" (Unou Kaihatsu Edutainment), I guess the goal here is to educate/train the right side of the brain... In short, to prepare young children to school.
It is a hibaihin, out of retail circuits but I don't know how it was distributed...
