RAY-RAY CD-ROM is a special disc containing promotional materials about Taito's RayStorm and RayTracers games. 10 000 copies were available by sending back the registration card in Raystorm or Raytracer.

It contains 20 images in total, 15 of which are CG renders of R-Gray 1 and the other 5 are official cover/poster arts and menu wallpapers found in the console port.

A sound test menu that allows you to listen to in-game sound effects as well as a medley track entitled "RAYSTORM MEDLEY".

The movie section contains three playable videos :

+ CG movie showcasing CG close-up view of R-Gray 1

+ A demo reel of the unreleased R-Gear
